**Care Contract Manager**:
Siamo alla ricerca di una figura dinamica e flessibile per gestire progetti interni e di cliente.
- Responsabilità principali:
- Pianificare, eseguire e finalizzare progetti secondo le scadenze e i budget stabiliti.
- Coordinare le risorse interne ed esterne per la perfetta esecuzione dei progetti.
- Gestire le relazioni con i clienti e garantire la loro soddisfazione.
- Monitorare e riportare lo stato di avanzamento dei progetti ai principali stakeholder.
- Identificare e risolvere eventuali problemi che potrebbero sorgere durante il ciclo di vita del progetto.
- Assicurare che tutti i progetti siano consegnati puntualmente, rispettando gli standard di qualità.
- Requisiti:
- Laurea in Ingegneria o discipline affini.
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nella gestione di progetti.
- Eccellenti capacità di problem-solving e decisionali.
- Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e in team.
- Flessibilità e adattabilità a contesti lavorativi dinamici.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione scritta e orale in italiano e inglese
- Disponibilità alle trasferte nel territorio nazionale (circa 25% gg/anno).
