We believe in the power of technology, creativity, and entrepreneurship to build the future of education.ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Data Intelligence Intern at H-FARM Business School, you will work to support data-driven decision-making across various departments.
You will assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights that support program improvement, marketing strategies, and business development efforts.
This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with data analytics tools and techniques, contributing to real-world business challenges in an innovative learning environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in data collection and analysis, supporting the team in gathering data from various internal and external sources for reporting and decision-making purposes.Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that will support strategic decisions in corporate learning, executive education, marketing, and other areas.Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports, using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to present findings in a clear and actionable format.Assist in market research and benchmarking activities, leveraging data to identify trends and opportunities in education and corporate training markets.Support the automation of data processes, working with the team to streamline data collection, reporting, and analysis workflows.Contribute to ad-hoc data projects, providing analytical support and helping develop solutions to business challenges.REQUIREMENTSCurrently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, data science, statistics, economics, business).Strong analytical skills and interest in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret and present data in a clear and insightful way.Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Python, R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new tools as needed.Fluency in both Italian and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.WHAT WE OFFERHands-on experience in data intelligence and analytics, contributing to real business decisions and strategy development.Exposure to a stimulating work environment that encourages collaboration, learning, and professional growth.A valuable opportunity to develop your career in data analytics and business intelligence in education.Opportunity for a permanent position at the end of the Internship period within H-FARM Business School based on performance and alignment with the school's needs.The opportunity to be part of a fast-growing and forward-thinking institution that values innovation.
