Il nostro Cliente, Società internazionale leader di settore, ci ha affidato un progetto di ricerca di un Demand Planning Manager per:
Pianificare la domanda al fine di garantire la disponibilità dei prodotti, sulla base delle previsioni di vendita e ottimizzare lo stock.Costruire e monitorare i prodotti promozionali assieme alla pianificazione del phase-in e phase-out dei prodotti.Facilitare un processo collaborativo di revisione della domanda con la forza vendita al fine di identificare i principali scostamenti, costruire i budget di vendita e le revisioni periodiche.Sviluppare una reportistica di supporto e monitoraggio delle vendite.Focus e analisi continua dei top customers (in termini di sellout, stock e progetti speciali) e del canale.Pianificare i rifornimenti e ottimizzare lo stock delle logistiche esterne.Controllo e analisi degli scostamenti verso il forecast e verso i principali obiettivi aziendali (budget e sue revisioni), sia a livello di famiglia prodotti, sia di cliente.Supporto al customer service Italia/estero per il controllo degli ordini e per la gestione della disponibilità prodotto al fine di garantire le quantità utili all'evasione.Preparazione e partecipazione a riunioni direzionali per la condivisione delle stime di vendita mensili.Collaborazione con Supply Chain, Produzione e Logistica.Partecipazione attiva a progetti aziendali di sviluppo prodotto o di ottimizzazione/miglioramenti interni.Requisiti richiesti:
Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo in contesti mediamente strutturati.Predisposizione al lavoro di squadra con spiccate doti comunicative e di adattamento a frequenti cambiamenti.Apertura nella comprensione del business e delle dinamiche commerciali.Capacità di creare ottime relazioni di lavoro con i principali attori delle molte funzioni aziendali di contatto quotidiano (finance, logistica, produzione, customer service, commerciale).Inglese fluente.Eccellenti capacità analitiche e organizzative.Ottima conoscenza di Excel.Attenzione ai dettagli, flessibilità, doti di mediazione e negoziazione, orientamento al cliente (interno/esterno), decisionalità.Laurea in economia aziendale o ingegneria gestionale.RAL: € 50.000
