IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL TIME | 6 MONTHSWe are looking for a Warehouse Operations Control Intern to join our Logistics team in Castel San Giovanni.ACTIVITIES:In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:Manage and optimize storage spaces to maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.Monitor and control inventories, ensuring data accuracy and precision.Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to plan and coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries.Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.Analyze operational data and produce periodic reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective solutions.Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of information and materials across different business functions.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in management engineering, mathematics, or economics.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, acute attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.A positive, engaging, and creative approach to work.Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Data-driven and analytical, comfortable with a KPI-focused approach.YOUR FUTURE EXPERIENCE WITH US:An extraordinary internship path: different activities, events, and experiences designed to help you develop yourself and become part of our community.Our Career Start Program: to expand your knowledge by taking exclusive courses and being guided by your team.Monthly reimbursement ticket lunch / free access to the canteen for lunch.Moncler Group is an equal opportunity employer, which means we do not discriminate on the basis of ethnic origin, skin color, religion, civil status, age, nationality, ancestry, any form of disability or neurodivergence, medical condition, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation.
