Mains task
- You will perform sales orders and sampling in our SAP system, from entry to dispatch.
- You will organize shipments to customers, track orders to delivery, address post-sale shipping issues.
- You will be the assigned point of reference for our Internal Sales team as also group of Agents, supporting them in managing customer requests and satisfaction, making sure that during the internal process the customer is always at the centre of our attention and fully aware of all the steps.
- You will guarantee a high-level customer experience, understanding and supporting customer needs and requirements.
- You will play a fundamental role in facilitating and coordinating the internal communication between Supply Chain-Marketing - Logistics, to make guarantee the service level.
- You will follow up with clients with missed payments, while processing orders.
- Support the internal sales team and customer/agents in data reporting on our BI system.
The attitudes and skills we are looking for
- You are about to graduate in Business or similar fields.
- You are an excel wizard.
- You are fluent in Italian and in English, both written and spoken.
- If you know French or Spanish, that will be considered a plus.
- You are resilient and goal oriented, you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are reliable, flexible, and great with people.
- You have a strong customer orientation.
- You are curious and eager to learn, and you have a hands-on approach.
- You have a strong passion and curiosity for our products
- You have a strong sensitivity when approaching clients for different countries and cultures.
