Descrizione del lavoro Enpal Italia sta cercando un Grid Operations Manager esperto per guidare e gestire tutti i processi di allaccio alla rete elettrica dei progetti che installiamo su tutto il territorio nazionale.
Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile del coordinamento delle operazioni necessarie per garantire un'installazione efficiente e conforme alle normative degli impianti fotovoltaici, gestendo relazioni con i distributori di energia e assicurando che i progetti rispettino i tempi previsti.
Qualifiche Responsabilità Principali Gestire e coordinare tutte le attività di allaccio alla rete dei nostri impianti fotovoltaici su scala nazionale, assicurando il rispetto delle tempistiche e delle normative vigenti.
Collaborare strettamente con i team di progetto e i fornitori di servizi energetici per pianificare e implementare soluzioni di connessione efficienti.
Monitorare e analizzare le performance dei processi di allaccio, identificando aree di miglioramento e implementando soluzioni innovative.
Garantire la conformità con le normative locali e nazionali, mantenendo una stretta comunicazione con i gestori di rete e le autorità competenti.
Fornire supporto tecnico e consulenza durante tutte le fasi di allaccio, dalla progettazione all'esecuzione.
Preparare e presentare report dettagliati sullo stato di avanzamento dei progetti, utilizzando strumenti di project management e data visualization.
Competenze Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica, Gestionale, Energetica o equivalente.
Esperienza pregressa di 3-5 anni nella gestione di progetti di allaccio alla rete elettrica o in ruoli simili.
Conoscenza approfondita delle normative italiane relative all'allaccio di impianti fotovoltaici.
Forti capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo.
Competenze nell'uso di software di project management e strumenti di data visualization come Power BI o simili.
Fluente in italiano e inglese, sia verbale che scritto.
Conoscenza di base dei principi di automazione e digitalizzazione dei processi sarà considerata un plus.
Verranno considerati un plus Certificazioni professionali in ambito energetico o di project management.
Esperienza nella gestione di relazioni con enti e distributori di energia.
Familiarità con l'uso di sistemi SCADA o altre piattaforme di monitoraggio degli impianti.
