About The Role To own and develop the product line strategy and roadmap to enable profitable growth through sales in the chosen global markets.
To be the product expert providing training and applications support to our sales teams and to the customers
What You Will Do Working with the commercial and technical development teams to develop and deliver the global product line strategy resulting in profitable growth above market rate Analyse performance of competitor products and market sectors to ensure that Gunnebo's products are seen as best of breed Be the product and applications expert and provide input into customer bids and provide support to the sales organizations to enable them to drive the local sales growth plans. Converting functional / process requirements into product solutions for specific project sales and for global portfolio solutions Manage the P&L and positioning of the product line ensuring competitiveness and profitability in all markets Identify gaps and issues and implement solutions to resolve these whether they are technical, commercial or process based. Ensure the customer is the focus and feels valued at all times. Who we are looking for Minimum of 5 years product manager experience within security doors and booths in the global entrance market Broad understanding of specification sales and tendering process Good Technical experience working in an applications, technical support or technical sales role Ability to assimilate information from many sources and use it to develop a homogenous plan History of developing strategic plans , analysing data and delivering results through action plans (OKR's etc) Able to work independently and to deliver results through other peoples engagement and actions Good presentation and communication skills Desirable Job Knowledge & ExpertiseDelivering ResultsCommunication SkillsProblem Solving & Decision MakingResilience & AdaptabilityWhy join us Are you passionate about sustainability, innovation, safety and collaboration?
