Chi cerchiamo Per la nostra sede di Milano siamo alla ricerca di persone da inserire come JUNIOR PM – COMMESSE SVILUPPO CABINE PRIMARIE all'interno del team Sviluppo Impianti Energia Elettrica. La struttura ha la principale responsabilità di assicurare la progettazione e la realizzazione degli impianti primari e delle stazioni elettriche, definendo le specifiche tecniche, predisponendo i capitolati d'appalto e gestendo la realizzazione fino al collaudo e alla messa in servizio, anche avvalendosi del supporto delle risorse operative delle aree territoriali. Per quale società L'inserimento è previsto in Unareti , la società del Gruppo A2A con la mission di gestire in modo integrato e capillare le reti elettriche e le reti gas assecondando la trasformazione delle città. Grazie all'evoluzione tecnologica delle "smart grid", garantisce servizi sempre più sicuri, attenti all'ambiente, efficienti e di qualità; con i contatori intelligenti offre ai cittadini nuove modalità di controllo dei consumi. Ti occuperai di Assicurare la gestione della parte tecnica della commessa attraverso l'implementazione del piano operativo di progetti engineering-based. Monitorare i progressi e le performance rispetto al piano di progetto, risolvere le problematiche tecnico-operative e pianificare le risorse necessarie per il completamento del progetto. Garantire la realizzazione e la direzione lavori delle commesse di ampliamento ed evoluzione tecnologica di impianti, siti e reti fino alla fase di collaudo, avviamento e consegna, garantendo lo sviluppo di tutte le pratiche tecnico-amministrative correlate, coordinando le risorse coinvolte sui vari stream progettuali, nel rispetto di tempi e costi. Sei la persona giusta se ti riconosci in questo profilo Requisiti: - Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria elettrica, energetica - Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office in particolare Excel, buona predisposizione all'utilizzo dei sistemi informativi gestionali - Esperienza almeno biennale in ruoli analoghi - Patente B Completano il profilo: - Buone doti comunicative - Capacità di pianificazione/organizzazione del lavoro - Problem solving - Orientamento al teamworking - Flessibilità, concretezza e spirito collaborativo - Proattività e spirito di iniziativa.
