As the biggest IT distributor in the world, our mission is to provide top-notch technology solutions, empowering businesses and individuals to navigate the digital world safely and efficiently.About the role:We are looking for a Pre Sales Technical role that will work in the specific solution/technology area of VMware/Lenovo.The person will be the subject matter expert working internally/externally with the partner base and sales organisation on defining less complex solutions and projects for partners.Main Responsibilities:Ability to work with sales team to support the design and configuration of vendor solutionsUse internal and vendor tools to generate accurate bill of materials on a timely basisRespond quickly to queries or customer care issuesEducate internal and external audiences about products/TechnologiesUnderstanding and application of vendor promotionsKnowledge Skills and Experience2-3 years experienceRelevant experience in Lenovo/VMware technologies is ideaItalian fluent; English conversationalEffective communication skills.Strong attention to detail, priority management and planning skills.IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition and End User is desirable"At TD SYNNEX, we embrace diversity and promote equal opportunities.
