About the job
For our Digial & Data Team team based in **Milan** we are looking as of now for a **Data Analyst and CRM trainee.
**
During this experience you'll be part of a dynamic team and you'll have visibility on all the company's departments and you'll contribute to the achievements of your team.
- JOB DESCRIPTION_
- DATA Execution_
- Use automatic tools to extract data from both primary and secondary sources (DTC, Website, CRM, IRI, Google Analytics, Helium, Profitero, etc)
- Support CRM and Data team on roll-out of the CRM plan
- Analise the consumer database and track evolution in accord with KPI
- Analysis of the user journey of the websites, quality and coherence of tagging plan setting, and identification of optimization areas based on KPIs, propose optimization areas.
- Collaborate with both Global and out Tech Partners to secure execution of tagging plan and manage website analytics tool as G4
- Analyze sell-out data, pre-post evaluation of promotions and activations among eCommerce players
- Work with external stakeholders to optimize data visualization and propose changes
- Collaborate with global team to secure the right local implementation of global tool
- DATA Reporting_
- Prepare analysis reports for internal and external stakeholders, in order to support strategic choices
- Create monthly reports to evaluate performance based on key KPIs
- Build internal performance benchmarks related to CRM / eCommerce / Website
- Post evaluation of eCommerce initiatives
- Creation of dashboards on G4 and ensure the correct setting of events based on shared objectives
- Share with global monthly report of sell-out performance
About you
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this job, we believe you need to have:
- Background: mathematics, statistics, computer science or economics studies
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (eg.
Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel or other statistical tools (SPSS, SAS)
