R&D Oleochemistry

We are looking for a resource who, reporting to the R&D Manager, will be responsible for: Design and synthesize new products in the area of ??Oleochemistry;Learn and use analytical and applicative methodologies to characterize oleo materials;Investigate and understand the relationships between structure and behavior of derivatives and correlate them with the application performance;Support the Applied R&D Laboratories in the use of Oleo derivatives in their formulations;By knowing the parameters of the Oleo derivatives production process, help optimizing each step to achieve the desired results; Take care of the development of the formulas / processes through synthesis on pilot scale facilities;Search for alternative solutions in the choice of raw materials;Ensure the reporting of the experiments carried out and the recording and internal sharing of the know-how.Education and other requirements: Degree in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry with an interest in technology and processes;Short experience in R&D or Application Laboratory;Knowledge of updated instrumental analytical techniques;Fluency in English;Knowledge of the main application software and IT tools;Proactive behavior and team work spirit;Problem solving and curiosity skills;Creative and target oriented;Willingness to travel;Accuracy, autonomy and reliability complete the profile.
