Swim in our clifftop infinity pool, stroll in magnificent Italian gardens, soak in the history, savour Michelin-starred dining and escape into a Four Seasons world of timeless beauty.About the role:Reporting into the Assistant Chief Concierge, you will be responsible for responding to a wide variety of guest needs and requests, adding your personal recommendations and touches to ensure that our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence.
You will handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolving customer complaints; assisting customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.What will you do:Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner.Assures that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current.
