**PRODUCTION MANAGER**
**Posizione**:
La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Direttore di Stabilimento, avrà il compito di gestire e coordinare tutte le attività produttive del sito, garantendo il rispetto degli standard qualitativi e di efficienza, nonché delle normative di sicurezza e ambientali, per raggiungere gli obiettivi stabiliti dalla Direzione.
Principali attività:
- Gestione e coordinamento delle maestranze e del personale coinvolto nel processo produttivo su ciclo continuo (35 / 40 pp).
- Pianificazione della formazione del personale produttivo nell'ottica della crescita del reparto e dello sviluppo delle competenze.
- Pianificazione e supervisione delle attività di produzione per assicurare il rispetto dei tempi e dei costi previsti.
- Monitoraggio delle performance produttive e implementazione di azioni correttive per il miglioramento continuo.
- Collaborazione con il team di manutenzione per garantire l'efficienza degli impianti e dei macchinari.
- Supporto al team di processo nello sviluppo di nuovi prodotti e nell'efficientamento continuo, promuovendo l'acquisizione di nuove competenze da parte del personale produttivo.
- Redazione di report periodici e analisi dei dati produttivi.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Meccanica o equivalente.
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 - 3 anni in ruoli simili all'interno di aziende del settore manifatturiero.
- Capacità di gestione di una squadra eterogenea e ottime doti di leadership.
- Propensione alla collaborazione con altri reparti, capacità di comunicare con chiarezza e di gestire le relazioni interne ed esterne.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.
- Capacità analitiche e problem solving.
