- capacit relazionali volte a costruire e mantenere una relazione significativa con i nostri prestigiosi ospiti
- capacit strategiche atte a definire le migliori modalit di gestione e di sviluppo dei nostri spazi eventi
- focus sul raggiungimento di target aziendali e di Compagnia In Dorchester Collection ci facciamo ispirare quotidianamente dai nostri Valori di Passione,Personalit, Rispetto, Lavoro di Squadra, e Creativit.Nel ruolo di Banqueting and Events Manager si avr l'opportunit di dar vita a questi Valori per rafforzare la nostra cultura We Care.
- Esperienza come B&E Manager, svolta in compagnie alberghiere multinazionali o nella categoria Lusso.
Conoscenza dei trend internazionali in ambito Banqueting and Events.
Preferibile conoscenza della piazza di Milano.
Leadership ispirazionale, definita dalla capacit di ascoltare, coinvolgere e sviluppare i propri collaboratori con lintento di coltivare un ambiente collaborativo e creativo.
Capacit di organizzazione e pianificazione.
Capacit di sviluppare lo spirito di Teamwork anche allinterno di tutto lHotel.
La persona prescelta deve avere una personalit in grado di sviluppare i talenti dei propri collaboratori ed uno spirito innovativo, il tutto unito alla passione per il proprio lavoro.
