Il nostro cliente, importante azienda operante nell'ambito della componentistica industriale, leader nel proprio settore, ci ha incaricati di ricercare un: New Product Introduction Quality Engineer che risponderà gerarchicamente al Direttore della Qualità Centrale e lavorerà trasversalmente con i diversi Team interni, al fine di monitorare l'andamento dei progetti di sviluppo di nuovi prodotti, su tutti i mercati Principali attività Il candidato verrà coinvolto in 3 fasi fondamentali: analisi di mercato, pianificazione sviluppo prodotto e lancio del progetto: -Nell'ambito delle attività di analisi si occuperà di verificare la qualità attesa dal mercato in riferimento al prodotto, le normative di riferimento e le validazioni a cui il progetto dovrà essere soggetto -In relazione allo sviluppo prodotto, parteciperà alla design review monitorando l'andamento delle fasi del processo, seguendo i fornitori nello sviluppo delle campionature e la gestione delle non conformità, insieme all'ufficio tecnico -Nella fase di lancio l'NPI Quality Engineer coordinerà la preparazione della documentazione di qualità, definendo chi fa che cosa e i KPI di lancio nella produzione stabilizzata -Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di Quality New Product Introduction Engineer in aziende manifatturiere metalmeccaniche strutturate, oppure esperienza trasversale in ambito Qualità (prodotto, processo e sistema) -Capacità di gestione progetti di natura tecnica -Conoscenza dei processi di sviluppo prodotto -Conoscenza degli strumenti di analisi dei processi -Capacità di gestione Team interfunzionali -Conoscenza di piani di controllo -Creazione e monitoraggio KPI -PPA/FMEA -Project Management -Capacità di gestione di team inter-funzionali -Ottime capacità comunicative -Problem Solving -Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata -Disponibilità a circa 15% trasferte estero Sede di lavoro : Vittorio Veneto (2 giorni di smartworking a settimana) Interested people should send a detailed Curriculum Vitae, with the necessary written consent to holding their personal data This company is an equal opportunities employer.
