Business Development Manager - Healthcare Reference number: BDM / IT / 1010832
Locations: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join Comarch Italy Healthcare team as a Business Development Manager.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives, from prospecting new opportunities to successfully negotiating and closing deals.
This position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales.
CANDIDATE PROFILE Minimum a bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT or a related field;At least 3 years of experience in software and/or hardware selling to medical facilities;Strong understanding of healthcare systems, services, and regulatory environments;Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers;Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;Very good knowledge of English and Italian;YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Perform the end-to-end business development process, which involves prospecting, lead generation, submission development, contract deliberation and closing deals by:
Conducting market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and opportunities within the healthcare sector;Generating leads and building a robust pipeline of prospective clients through targeted outreach and networking efforts;Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, institutions, and decision-makers;Leading the creation of business proposals (as response to RFP, RFI processes);Driving negotiations to finalize contracts and agreements;Helping the marketing team to organize and carry out marketing activities in order to promote the expertise and brand of Comarch;FOR YOU A competitive salary based on experience;Uncapped bonus;A unique opportunity to be a part of a branch of a global company with a very positive outlook for growth;An environment with the advantages of being part of an international group where action taking and ambition is rewarded;A stimulating job in a multinational environment;Trainings abroad;
