Orienta SA - Il nostro cliente, azienda leader nel settore della tecnologia della fibra ottica con sede nel Locarnese, ci ha incaricati di selezionare un Product/Project Manager . Responsabilità generali: All'interno di un team di marketing focalizzato a livello globale, il Product/Project Manager contribuirà alla creazione ed al lancio di prodotti basati sulle tecnologia. Nello specifico: Valuta ed articola le esigenze e le opportunità del mercato per i prodotti ed i servizi basati sulla tecnologia. Definisce una roadmap di funzionalità per i prodotti tecnologici dell'azienda sulla base delle opportunità commerciali definite dai leader di mercato. Scrive requisiti e specifiche di prodotto dettagliate. Diventa esperto in materia di applicazioni e tecnologie e contribuisce con la propria visione alla ricerca ed allo sviluppo tecnologico. Sviluppa e distribuisce messaggi chiave e strategia di comunicazione per i prodotti tecnologici (incluse schede informative, dimostrazioni, ecc.) per le vendite ed il marketing. Ulteriori responsabilità: Collabora con la Tecnica per elaborare strategie di sviluppo o adattamento della tecnologia per soddisfare le esigenze di mercato e clienti, e sfruttare le opportunità. Contribuisce al lancio coordinato di prodotti interni ed esterni collaborando con i reparti competenti. Partecipa a conferenze ed eventi di settore. Monitora ed analizza le nuove tecnologie e informa l'azienda delle loro potenziali applicazioni al business aziendale. Sviluppa presentazioni concise e significative per il pubblico interno ed esterno, tra cui formazione e addestramento alle vendite, programmi di formazione dei formatori e presentazioni alle fiere ed ai clienti chiave. Agisce come collegamento tra le vendite, il marketing ed i gruppi tecnologici per supportare il posizionamento dei prodotti e la domanda dei clienti durante lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti. Gestione dei progetti: Capacità di essere proattivi e di accompagnare un progetto dall'ideazione all'implementazione, al follow-up e analisi con più progetti in corso contemporaneamente. Requisiti: Buona padronanza della lingua tedesca ed inglese è indispensabile. Il salario segnalato è puramente indicativo e verrà concordato in fase di colloquio.
