?Guardiamo al nostro domani con la stessa passione di ieri e abbiamo bisogno anche del tuo talentoPer l'area Smart Engineering stiamo cercando un Ingegnere di Sistema.In particolare, la risorsa selezionata sarà impiegata nelle seguenti attività per i più importanti clienti della Difesa:•Supporto nell'identificazione degli stakeholder e nella definizione degli obiettivi del progetto/missione.•Raccolta dei requisiti dalle esigenze degli stakeholder in conformità con gli obiettivi del progetto/missione.•Coordinare, redigere e mantenere la documentazione dei requisiti.•Valutare e tracciare sistematicamente le modifiche alla documentazione dei requisiti.•Supporto nella definizione dei sottosistemi e dell'architettura del sistema.•Supporto alla verifica dei requisiti e alle attività di integrazione/validazione.•Redigere Rapporti Tecnici e Rapporti di Revisione.•Supporto nella definizione, elaborazione, evoluzione e manutenzione degli indicatori chiave di prestazione (KPI) del progetto.•Supporto alla fornitura e manutenzione della matrice di verifica dei requisiti, della matrice di tracciabilità e dei documenti di controllo della verifica.•Supporto ed implementazione di attività di testing della performance di sisteme e sottosistemi.Competenze Richieste•Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Informatica, Biomedica, Elettronica, Aerospaziale o delle Telecomunicazioni.•Esperienza in System Engineering di almeno 2 anni.•Esperienza nella verifica e validazione di sistemi Aerospaziali o di Difesa di almeno 2 anni.•Esperienza nello sviluppo di sistemi complessi Aerospaziali o di Difesa in ambienti strutturati.•Conoscenza degli standard internazionali: MIL-STD-498.•Conoscenza degli strumenti di Gestione dei Requisiti (ad es.
DOORS, Polarion).•Conoscenza del modello a V per lo sviluppo di prodotti.•Inglese fluente sia parlato che scritto.•Conoscenza degli strumenti di Gestione dell'Architettura di Sistema (ad es.
Enterprise Architect, Rhapsody).•Conoscenza ed esperienza gradita in MATLAB, Python e C.
