**Role description**:
As a **Project Construction Manager for Data Center **you will support Arcadis' Construction Managers and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project, from the Planning phase to the Commissioning.
You will be the client's face on site, working side by side with the construction company and the client to ensure quality, time and efficiency.
You will have full access to the documentation and will help resolve any issue that may arise on your own or knowing which expert to refer to.
You will gain deep and extensive experience in the management of Data Centers project with great growth opportunities.
**Your will be immediately involved, **side by side to Arcadis' Construction Manager, **in the Day-to-Day activities**:
- As Client's representative on site
- Oversee the general coordination with all stakeholders involved in the project: Arcadis, Construction company, Clients.
- GC Contract analysis for claims, extra works, payments, suspension of works etc.
- Creation of project progress analysis/concerns and risks vs. General Contractor.
- Monthly reporting, including the reporting to client all outstanding risks, issues, KPI, H&S situation, to be able to finalize the strategy on next steps.
- Commissioning Close out activities (Handover of "facility to facility" team of the Client) GANTT and Process Orders knowledge and overseeing
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Preferably a background in **Electrical or Mechanical Engineering **;
- **3/5 Years **of **Project & Construction Management **experience, preferably in complex projects and **O&G industry **that will be considered a plus;
- An **Excellent level of English **(C1);
- Knowledge in **Project Planning **(Microsoft Project, Primavera), Construction, Engineering, GANTT, Procurement, Commissioning, Cost Control, Contract Management (FIDIC) and H&S.
- Excellent **communication **skills **and propensity for **teamwork.
