Within the Europe Marketing Department in Rome, we are searching for the Europe Marketing Specialist (Jewels, Watches, Accessories, Perfumes).He/ she will support the regional team in shaping and executing the European marketing and communication strategies in alignment with the Brand's vision, mission, and goals.
The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective media plans, coordinating with local marketing teams and European media agencies, and ensuring robust execution of pan-European marketing activities.
He/ she will support the definition and execution of the regional clienteling strategy, oversee budget allocation and monitoring, provide insightful market analysis, and enhance brand experiences through various events.
By doing so, he/she will contribute to increasing brand awareness, market share, and client engagement across Europe.The position will report to the Europe Marketing Director.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate to define the European marketing and communication strategies and related budget allocation across Markets in line with the Brand vision, mission and goals, to grow top line and create value through the development of the Brand: where to play and how to play.Develop and implement media plans at European level, ensuring the appropriate media coverage in accordance with Central guidelines, and allowing local team for efficient PR negotiations.Coordinate Local Marketing Teams and European Media Agencies (10+ Teams) to implement harmonized and integrated traditional and digital communication plans and initiatives, tailoring activities to suit local marketplaces, their audiences and Brand Awareness maturity, while ensuring a robust co-ordination and execution of pan-European marketing activities.Coordinate the European clienteling strategy and calendar according to the Corporate communication guidelines.Manage the assigned support budget, monitoring it and coordinating all Markets per each budget revision and updating the schedule of initiatives accordingly.Provide constant information and analysis on the market trends and evolutions, market share, competitors, key launches.Monitor statistics and analyze web analytics reports on a regular basis ensuring traffic growth and qualified user sessions in coordination with involved units.Create strong Bulgari experiences through all the different events: press, clients, fairs, internal, always ensuring the best execution.Support Invoice and Billing Management.Qualifications/Professional CapabilitiesDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.At least 5 years of marketing and media coordination experience, preferably in an international company.Budget and reporting skillsDigital Communication knowledgeUnderstanding of social networks and up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and developmentsUnderstanding of SEO SEM strategiesIT Applications (Powerpoint Excel profiency)Proficient knowledge of English and Italian.
