Ruolo:
Assicurare il raggiungimento di obiettivi specifici e misurabili assegnati relativi ad assistenza/manutenzione garantendo l'analisi e la risoluzione delle problematiche tecniche assicurando anche il coordinamento con partner/fornitori esterni per le attività di più elevata complessità. E' responsabile della gestione del cantiere, coordinando le attività operative e le risorse assegnate nel rispetto dei programmi e degli obiettivi contrattuali.
Pianificare e monitorare il programma di attività da svolgere presso i cantieri di manutenzione.
Responsabilità ed attività
provvede, in collaborazione con gli altri enti coinvolti, a pianificare il fabbisogno di organico per il cantiere;
gestisce i rapporti con il cliente ed i fornitori, nel rispetto delle normative vigenti in loco e delle procedure aziendali;
gestisce e coordina le attività di cantiere, assicurandone la realizzazione delle attività di competenza nel rispetto del programma e degli obiettivi contrattuali;
monitora le attività svolte dalle ditte del decentrato nell'applicazione del PFC e cura le fasi di collaudo delle installazioni/prodotti in presenza del cliente final;
gestisce le attività di implementazione di retrofit / modifiche sui veicoli che si rendono necessarie durante il periodo di garanzia
controlla e presidia le problematiche tecniche e i relativi rischi e identifica le opportune azioni correttive coordinandosi con il responsabile della funzione ;
si interfaccia con il cliente per la gestione delle attività di cantiere e/o prodotto ;
garantisce la predisposizione, l'aggiornamento e la corretta tenuta della documentazione che deve essere presente presso il cantiere
assicura, in supporto ai P.M., e di concerto con gli altri enti coinvolti, la gestione e la formalizzazione degli adempimenti contrattuali di accettazione del veicolo in tutte le fasi previste ;
elabora e struttura le informazioni tecniche ed operative necessarie al Service per prendere in carico l'assistenza in garanzia che si attiva a valle della finale accettazione del veicolo da parte del cliente ;
rileva e struttura nei formati concordati con gli altri enti aziendali interessati e i clienti i feedback "dal campo" relativi al ciclo di attività gestite, mettendoli a disposizione delle funzioni interessate ;
assicura, per la parte di competenza, il rispetto delle normative ambientali e di sicurezza sul lavoro locali e l'applicazione del Sistema di Qualità Aziendale ;
coordina e supervisiona le attività delle risorse assegnate in riferimento alle procedure HSE aziendali .
gestisce il magazzino ricambi /consignment-stock presso il cantiere.
Requisiti
Esperienza pregressa nella Produzione (preferibilmente in Officina) ed almeno 5/10 anni di esperienza lavorativa presso i cantieri, nel settore ferroviario o assimilabile
Competenze informatiche ( Office , Excel , Powerpoint , etc )
Capacità di lavorare in situazioni di stress.
Buona comunicazione, capacità di reportistica, capacità organizzative
Esperienza tecnica (meccanica/elettrica) nel settore ferroviario
Esperienza di gestione di gruppi (+10 persone )
Education/Qualifications
Engineering Degree or equivalent technical background.

Languages
Fluent Knowledge of English (written & spoken).
