**Purpose of the Role**:
In this role you provide trade compliance and development support for all EMEA Huber entities (e.g., Italy, Germany, Denmark) primarily for Huber's Agricultural Solutions (HAS) business and ancillary support to the rest of the enterprise as needed.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Review program structure to determine if opportunities (internal or external) exist to reduce global Import/Export Compliance Program risks, and to leverage duty elimination or reduction programs, including any third-party logistics drawback options.
- Work with Trade and IT to develop sustainable, automated processes to extract product, customer, and supplier data from ERP and CRM systems to load into the J.M.
Huber GTM solution.
- Monitor and evaluate departments' compliance with law, accreditation standards, and internal policies and procedures.
- Develop expertise in Agricultural Chemicals for Customs Product Classification following the WCO and Huber internal processes.
- Develop and maintain key relationships within the organization, external clients, and stakeholders.

Huber companies comply with import and export policies, procedures, regulations, and laws across our global markets.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- University Degree - Bachelors Level or equivalent (e.g., in international business, law, finance, sales, or supply chain management)
- 10+ years' experience in Risk Management
- 10+ years of broad Export/Import experience and increasing responsibility
- Experience managing global Free Trade Agreements, HTS Classification, Customs Valuation, Country of Origin, Anti-Dumping Duties / Trade Remedies, and Export Controls
- Expert knowledge and understanding of global trade laws and regulations including those administered by or under BIS, CBP, EAR, and OFAC and similar regulatory requirements applicable to trade in applicable international geographies
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with resources at all levels of the organization in multiple departments and across a complex global enterprise
- Strong presentation skills, experience and ability in establishing procedures and systems
- Fluent language skills in English and Italian
- Willingness to travel internationally
