Nell'ottica di un ulteriore potenziamento della sua struttura organizzativa, per una nostra importante azienda cliente siamo alla ricerca di un* Knowledge Management Specialist Obiettivi: Definire la strategia per implementare e mantenere un sistema di gestione della conoscenza all'interno del dipartimento Engineering & Innovation (E&I) dell'azienda.
Identificare e monitorare le competenze necessarie per le risorse di E&I, favorendo la loro crescita tramite piani di formazione in collaborazione con le Risorse Umane.
Responsabilità: Aggiornare e rivedere costantemente i processi e gli strumenti di E&I rilevanti per la gestione della conoscenza (applicazione, conservazione, trasformazione e utilizzo).
Promuovere processi e strumenti esistenti per la creazione e condivisione della conoscenza all'interno dell'area E&I.
Esplorare e definire nuovi framework, processi e strumenti strutturati per la gestione della conoscenza.
Identificare aree di priorità nella gestione della conoscenza in linea con la roadmap di E&I, in collaborazione con le varie unità e aree di E&I, sviluppando iniziative dedicate.
Monitorare e promuovere l'introduzione di best practices di gestione della conoscenza e delle competenze nel settore Engineering e Aerospace.
Attività: Sviluppare linee guida e requisiti per i processi e strumenti di gestione della conoscenza in ambito ingegneristico.
Collaborare con tutte le unità di E&I per raccogliere bisogni di miglioramento continuo e promuovere l'uso del sistema di gestione della conoscenza.
Definire meccanismi di promozione e monitoraggio per il sistema di gestione della conoscenza (KMS), monitorando l'uso di processi e strumenti ed evitando duplicazioni o sistemi paralleli.
Raccogliere feedback, analizzarli e proporre azioni correttive.
Garantire una corretta gestione dei permessi per gli strumenti di KMS.
Scoprire e introdurre nuovi processi e strumenti, anche tramite scouting di best practices esterne, sviluppando business case per nuove soluzioni e programmi di introduzione.
Supportare HR e altre unità di E&I nella definizione e revisione delle competenze richieste per i profili di E&I.
Definire e implementare meccanismi di monitoraggio per la valutazione delle competenze.
Collaborare alla definizione di piani formativi e monitorarne l'efficacia per migliorare la formazione.
Requisiti: Laurea magistrale, preferibilmente con specializzazione in Knowledge Management.
Esperienza nell'uso di strumenti per la gestione della conoscenza e dei contenuti (es.
Opentext, Confluence, MediaWiki, Intranet).
Esperienza in contesti aziendali complessi.
Competenze richieste: Abilità di scrittura tecnica e storytelling.
Buona conoscenza dei principi di comunicazione.
Ottime capacità organizzative per pianificare, implementare e monitorare le attività.
Personalità energica, positiva e ambiziosa, con buone capacità relazionali.
Precisione e attenzione alla sensibilità delle informazioni.
Autonomia nel lavoro e capacità di rispettare le scadenze.
