CLAIMS ANALYST - Steering Fiduciari e Provider La persona sarà inserita all'interno della Direzione Sinistri nell'Unità Service Sinistri più specificatamente nell'Ufficio Steering Fiduciari e Provider con attività di gestione dei Fiduciari/provider.
Nello specifico, sarà coinvolta nel:
- Garantire un'adeguata copertura territoriale dei fiduciari.
- Monitorare le performances degli stessi finalizzate al raggiungimento degli obbiettivi previsti dalla Compagnia.
- Gestire aumenti/diminuzioni (variazioni) di incarichi, arrivando sino a sospensioni o cessazioni, il tutto al fine di salvaguardare i 2 punti sopra citati.
- Interagire con il Business condividendo l'operatività e le performances dei fiduciari.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Laurea in Giurisprudenza, Economia, Ingegneria o similari;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point;
- Buone capacità relazionali, proattività ed attitudine al problem solving.
- Buona conoscenza lingua inglese
