R&D Innovation Business Development Il candidato:
Collaborerà con il direttore commerciale per sviluppare e ampliare il portafoglio clienti, e con la funzione di Business Development per l'individuazione di nuovi prodotti da sviluppare; Svilupperà i piani triennali, in ambito R&D, sulla base degli obiettivi aziendali e i piani di business da proporre al Management; Guiderà le scelte tecnologiche e strategiche aziendali verso soluzioni robuste ed innovative, curando l'IP aziendale tramite l'identificazione delle aree di sviluppo; Fornirà soluzioni tecnico-scientifiche efficaci per la realizzazione dei progetti R&D, costruendo relazioni e collaborazioni con la comunità scientifica e società di servizi tecnico-scientifici; Controllerà e coordinerà le attività di reparto che richiedono rapporti con aziende esterne; Coordinerà i progetti R&D con il ruolo di PL/PM, curando le relazioni con i Partner interni e internazionali.
Requisiti Laurea in chimica/ chimica industriale/ CTF; Certificazione Six Sigma/Project Management (Plus) Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese; Conoscenza della chimica organica avanzata e delle metodologie analitiche cromatografiche/ spettroscopiche per la determinazione della struttura molecolare.
Precedente esperienza come R&D/MS&T Managers, in aziende API o Nutraceutiche, e/o come leader di progetti con partners internazionali oppure CMO/CDMO Business Development.
