Accelerator - Ai Director

We are actively seeking a Accelerator-AI Director to join our dynamic team. 
About the function The Accelerator Architecture team is focused on VEC/MATRIX architecture and potentially CPU/Scalar architecture 
Specifically, team will define the VPU and MPU architecture and all the micro-architecture choices using performance and power and area analysis, and providing the SoC team with design guidelines for the specific application
Job responsibilities The Accelerator AI Architecture Lead in Silicon Architecture Officer at Open-Chip is chartered to defining the architectural aspects of VPU and MPU for System-on-Chip (SoC) designs. This encompasses lanes, vector register files, inter lane communication and all the microarchitectural aspects to optmize the VPU, MPU and CPU for system performance.
In this Technical Leadership role, you will collaborate closely with customers, business leaders, experts, software/solution teams and DESIGN team within the System Architecture group. It's an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and create optimized SoC solutions for both current and next-generation products. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 
·Development of VPU and MPU architecture. 
·Optimize the VPU and MPU integration with the scalar CPU to solve data transfer bottleneck 
·Support SW stack integration with VPU/MPU architecture 
·Development, assessment, and refinement of Architecture to target power, performance, area, and timing goals. 
Skills ·20+ years of prior experience in developing CPU, MPU or VPU and delivering hardware products or solutions. 
·System-level understanding (at a minimum) of one of the following subsystems of the SoC: Memory IP, NOC, AI, Security, with demonstrated technical skills spanning hardware, software, algorithms, software stack/tools, libraries, and frameworks.
·Experience working in and navigating a large corporation.
·Experience leading a technical team in a highly matrixed environment.
·Experience working with and influencing business leaders.
Soft Skills Excellent communication skills to synthesize and create clear key messages backed by data.
Proven capacity to thrive and continuously learn in a dynamic, innovative setting, showcasing a growth mindset, quick adaptability, and a strong commitment to efficient execution.
