What we offerSupport in reconciling work and family lifeEurope-wide employee app "LEAPP"Discounts on accommodation and in the restaurants of the Fattal Hotel GroupTraining and development programmes at our Leonardo AcademyTeam eventsYour Main DutiesIdentifying key factors for achieving Revenue and market share goals, evaluating the effectiveness of strategies appliedSupporting the Revenue Manager in monitoring direct competitors' rates and Benchmarking activities by assessing risks and opportunitiesSupporting the Revenue Manager in providing guidelines to the Reservations, Events & Congress departments with respect to the management of Group and individual customer quotationsMonitoring market conditions and trends, knowing and analysing economic factors that may impact revenue, developing and implementing strategic initiativesMonitoring and analysing demand forecast, preparing weekly and monthly statistics and reportsParticipating in weekly and monthly meetings with Country GMs and Heads of DeptsYour ProfileBE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourselfAccounting diploma or Economics degree or other studies with significant numerical backgroundAt least 5 years working experience in a similar role, preferably in an International company with properties in multiple destinations in Italy and EuropeAbility to analyze historical data and forecast demandExpert in leisure and luxury facilitiesAdvanced knowledge of Office – especially ExcelVery good command of English language (written and spoken)Strong communication skills and team spiritWe look forward to receiving your online application as Senior Revenue Analyst (d/f/m).
