In area Ingegneria civile e infrastrutturale fornisce servizi a supporto di general contractor o a clienti nel settore immobiliare, **OnePlan** agisce come project manager _(gestione progetto) _oppure project control _(pianificazione e controllo)_
**OBIETTIVI DEL RUOLO**
All'interno di un programma di espansione, **OnePlan **ricerca alcuni **giovani Ingegneri Edili, Civili o Gestionali **per il **ruolo di Construction Planner & Project Controller **che affianchino i clienti _(settori Pharma, Costruzioni Civili, Industrie di processo)_ nel rilasciare i loro progetti nei tempi previsti, pianificando e sviluppando le migliori strategie esecutive e monitorando in modalità integrata le prestazioni dei fornitori di progetto
**IL CANDIDATO IDEALE**
**RIPORTO E SEDE**
Le figure riporteranno al **Sr Project Manager** e opereranno sia in smart working che in presenza presso i siti dei clienti, quando richiesto
**COMPITI E RESPONSABILITA'**
- Comprensione specifiche di progetto e relativi elaborati tecnici
- Preparazione documenti di pianificazione e controllo in conformità ai requisiti di progetto _(Milestones Plan, Project Summary Schedules, 90-day Schedule, Work Breakdown Structure, Project Detailed Schedule, Baseline Schedule, Progress Curves)_
- Monitoraggio stato di avanzamento progetto
- Preparazione report mensili
- Controllo continuativo pianificazione progetto: valutazione stato avanzamento, previsione di completamento, evidenziazione scostamenti critici, definizione azioni correttive
- Formazione su aree sicurezza, project management _(e relativi software)_, altre certificazioni
- Coordinamento con altri Project Manager su attività congiunte
**COMPETENZE E REQUISITI**
- Laurea in ingegneria gestionale, civile, edile o gestione del costruito _(o competenze equivalenti)_
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese; la conoscenza del francese costituirà un plus.
- Patente B; disponibilità a continui brevi spostamenti _(tipicamente alcuni giorni consecutivi)_
- Alcune esperienze di gestione di commesse/progetti/contratti complessi; Eventuali certificazioni di Project Management costituiranno un plus
- Buon utilizzo di strumenti di produttività individuale e software di Project Management _(Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera P6 o comparabili)_
