editor-in-chief to lead the global expansion and manage our multi country

Editorial Team on a daily basis. The editor-in-chief will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of editorial strategies that engage architects and architecture professionals around the world.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement an editorial strategy that drives global expansion and engagement with our target audience
Manage the Editorial Team across multiple countries, including setting goals, providing guidance and direction, and ensuring that all team members are aligned with the editorial strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product, to ensure that editorial content supports overall business objectives
Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and thought leaders
Oversee the creation and distribution of editorial content, including articles, podcasts, videos, and social media content
Ensure that editorial content is of high quality and adheres to brand standards and best practices
Analyze data and insights to inform editorial decisions and track performance

QualificationsA minimum of 5 years of experience in editorial leadership, with a strong track record of driving engagement and growth
Experience managing editorial teams across multiple countries
Strong understanding of the Architecture and Design industry and the needs of architects and architecture professionals
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform editorial decisions
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
