Financial Steering Controlling EIS area Italy is looking for a Business Controller to join the Energy Infrastructure Solution team.For the Italian business, operated via EIS Italy in Milan, EIS is seeking an experienced candidate as Business Controller directly reporting to the EIS Controlling Investment Manager in Italy and working closely with EIS GmbH Controlling and the EIS Italy Business Functions.Responsibilities:Prepare quarterly forecasts and medium-term annual planning.Determine accruals for quarterly closures.Develop analysis of deviations vs. budget of previous year/previous forecast.Preparation and analysis of business cases.Monitor contract management for Capex, commodity supply, sales and OM contracts, to ensure projects expected profitability.With reference to the Energy Margin and Working Capital, monitor the invoicing process and the month-end closing, interfacing with OM and accounting and perform forecasting, budgeting and mid-term planning, interfacing with all involved Business Functions.Prepare CS Italy standards and ad-hoc Reporting (KPI, monthly, quarterly, annual).Qualifications:Successful completion of academic studies in the field of business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling/ accounting/ finance.
MBA or other advanced degree represents a plus.Comprehensive work experience in Controlling (3 to 5 years), ideally in energy sector and in an international environment.Fluency in English in written and spoken is a must, other languages are a plus.Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting systems and processes.Knowledge of SAP control modules (SAP CO /PS) is a plus.Highly reliable character, including attention to detail and accuracy.Well organized with an analytical mindset.Good communication and interpersonal skills.What you need to know:Contract type: PermanentWorking time: Full timeCompany: E.ON Business Solutions Italia S.r.l.Function area: Controlling; Finance/Accounting/Tax #J-18808-Ljbffr
