The position will be part of the Category Department in Milan, where you will join a passionate team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into the Category Lead. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders.

The Position:In brief, you will take ownership of:
Analyze data to determine trends in industry and consumers;Generate insights from data analysis;Monthly review and deep dive performances of categories at the subcategory level;Clear KPI financial tracking to deliver both the main line and the end-result as objectives;Keep in touch with marketing, sales and finance teams to determine the competitive prices and promotional activities of a product category.What we expect from you:Being enrolled/recently graduated in a university course (Master's Degree), preferably with an academic background in Finance or Business Administration.Good command of MS office, especially Excel.Proficient in English and Italian languagesEU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) is required in order to proceed for this position.Professional AttributesCuriosity, positivity & passion - You're curious, positive and enthusiastic.
