About UsKering Eyewear is the world leader in Luxury and Hi-End Eyewear (Frames & Sunglasses), developing a unique 'ensemble' of powerful brands.We design, develop, manufacture and market to customers and consumers, the most desirable frames and sunglasses in two fast growing segments: Luxury and Sport & Lifestyle.Through our industry expertise, we empower our brands to go beyond their limits in this high potential business category, supporting their capacity to lead and innovate in Eyewear, to realize their artistic and financial potential, in the most imaginative and sustainable manner.Your opportunityWe are looking for a Stagiaire for our Logistics Planning & Monitoring team based in our Main Hub in Vescovana.How you will contributeRedigere, analizzare e condividere i report giornalieri di avanzamento produttivo del Main HubNel rispetto delle linee guida condivise con il proprio responsabile, collaborare alla definizione dei piani d'uscita giornalieri e settimanali sulla base di quanto concordato con funzioni aziendali interessate (Sales Support, Import/Export, etc.) e, compatibilmente con i carichi di lavoro delle differenti aree logistiche, procedere con la pianificazione delle delivery;Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento delle Delivery (spedizioni) in corso in collaborazione con le strutture operative del processo di Outbound;Far avanzare a sistema le pianificazioni dei carichi di lavoro delle varie aree del centro distributivo;Partecipare all'implementazione di progetti di miglioramento dei processi operativi e di Monitoring in collaborazione ed a supporto del Team di Project ManagersFornire supporto alle aree operative nella risoluzione di anomalie di sistema nell'operatività quotidiana.Supportare l'aggiornamento del Masterdata aziendale e di EWM.Gestire i ticket di segnalazione anomalie ricevute dal cliente.Verificare la correttezza delle giacenze tramite inventari rotativi, controlli puntuali e diretti delle giacenze a scaffale, interrogazione movimenti di magazzino e ricostruzione dello spedito (controllo di eventuali errori segnalati dai clienti) e analisi delle rotazioni dello stock;Who you areLaurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o Economia, completata o in corso di completamento, con ottimi risultatiForte interesse per la logistica e i suoi processiOttima conoscenza della lingua ingleseOttima conoscenza del pacchetto Office in particolare ExcelAttitudine al lavoro di squadra e spirito di collaborazioneAttitudine al problem solvingCapacità di analisi e precisionePassione, entusiasmo e curiositàOttime capacità relazionaliLa pregressa esperienza in ruoli analoghi sarà considerata un plusWhy work with usThis is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth and become part of a thriving team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.Talent development is a managerial principle at Kering and we are committed to fostering internal mobility.
