Siamo un'azienda DMC leader, con sede a Roma, specializzata nell'organizzazione di eventi MICE, con un focus sui viaggi incentive in Italia. Stiamo cercando un project manager per il Dipartimento MICE da inserire nel nostro team a tempo pieno.
Principali responsabilità:
- Gestione dell'intero ciclo organizzativo degli eventi MICE (viaggi incentive);
- Coordinamento e comunicazione con fornitori e partner locali (hotel, location per eventi, trasporti, catering);
- Gestione delle richieste dei clienti internazionali, fornendo supporto nella pianificazione e personalizzazione degli eventi;
- Supervisione della logistica prima e durante l'evento, garantendo che tutto proceda secondo il programma stabilito e le specifiche del cliente;
- Sviluppo di proposte innovative e personalizzate per garantire esperienze uniche ai partecipanti;
- Monitoraggio dei budget e controllo dei costi per ogni progetto;
- Gestione della documentazione amministrativa relativa agli eventi.
Requisiti:
- Esperienza pregressa nel settore MICE di almeno 3 anni;
- Eccellenti capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli;
- Spiccate abilità comunicative e di problem-solving;
- Conoscenza del territorio nazionale italiano con particolare focus sulle città d'arte;
- Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e gestire più progetti contemporaneamente;
- Inglese parlato e scritto fluente (la conoscenza di altre lingue, in particolare portoghese e spagnolo, è un plus);
- Competenza nell'uso del pacchetto Microsoft Office e dei software di gestione eventi;
- Capacità di lavorare in team e orientamento al cliente;
- Disponibilità a viaggiare per lavoro.
