**The Role: Guest Services Agent / Doorman**
We are seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join our dedicated team as Guest Services Agents/Doormen at this exquisite residence.
In this crucial role, you will be the embodiment of Palazzo Tornabuoni's exceptional service, ensuring our esteemed residents and guests experience the epitome of Italian hospitality.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Providing warm and personalized greetings to residents and guests
- Assisting with luggage during arrivals and departures
- Managing errands, parcels, and shopping bags
- Contributing to event set-up and execution
- Delivering grocery orders to residences
- Maintaining cleanliness in the entrance and luggage areas
- Supporting the Reception/Concierge team with your insights and recommendations
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality operations, preferably in a residential or boutique hotel setting
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a team-oriented approach
- Valid driving license and legal right to work in Italy
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
