**Practice Area Profile**:
**What You'll Do**:
Boston Consulting Group is looking for fresh graduates or young professionals to join our Milan team as Visiting Associates.
As a junior member of our Consulting Team, you will work alongside some of the world's top minds on cases that shape the future of the industry and lead our clients to a path toward the sustainability transition.
You'll work alongside some of the world's top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society.
Consulting work is varied and rigorous, much of it performed at our client sites.
Projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client's challenge.
You'll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you in the future, be that at BCG or beyond.
**What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)**:
**Skills**:
- Strong logical and analytical skills with outstanding number mindset, with a proactive and creative attitude
- Curious and independent
- Effective in working in a team and in dealing with senior managers
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint at excellent level)
- Fluency in Italian and English, other languages would be considered as a plus
- Full-time availability
