ManpowerGroup Italia, societ di selezione del personale, ricerca per Fincantieri Sistemi Integrati, azienda del Gruppo Fincantieri, che che opera nell'ambito della progettazione, produzione e fornitura di sistemi innovativi integrati nell'ambito dell'impiantistica e componentistica industriale elettrica, elettronica ed elettromeccanica un/una Lead Project Engineer (LPE) La risorsa si occuper dello sviluppo delle attivit d'ingegneria elettrica sia in fase esecutiva che in fase di offerta, con particolare attenzione alla parte schemistica (MT e BT).
Il/La candidato/a operer all'interno del dipartimento Elettrico e riporter direttamente al responsabile dell'ingegneria.
Responsabilit Principali: Assicurare la rispondenza del progetto alle specifiche contrattuali.
Sviluppare solide relazioni con i clienti durante l'esecuzione del progetto.
Garantire l'armonizzazione e la risoluzione delle controversie tecniche tra enti interni e risorse terze, fornitori.
Collaborare con il Lead Engineering del Progetto/Project Manager nella definizione del programma di emissione dei documenti tecnici.
Monitorare il rispetto dei programmi di progettazione e definire piani di azione per recuperare ritardi o problematiche emergenti.
Preparare specifiche tecniche di acquisto e tabulazioni tecniche per i componenti elettrici.
Approvare, controllare e coordinare l'emissione dei documenti da parte dei fornitori.
Supportare il Lead Engineering del Progetto/Project Manager durante le fasi di progetto e costruzione.
Supportare la funzione Commerciale/Proposal nelle fasi di preparazione delle offerte.
Promuovere azioni per il miglioramento dei costi e della competitivit .
Competenze e Requisiti: Orientamento strategico.
Competenza funzionale in inglese e conoscenza della legislazione vigente e dei regolamenti relativi alla progettazione elettrica.
Presidio delle conoscenze tecnico-scientifiche nell'area progettazione.
Buona conoscenza della parte schemistica per quadri elettrici in media e bassa tensione.
Conoscenza di software specialistici di area progettazione, come il software di simulazione elettrica ETAP.
Sensibilit economica.
Responsabilit e orientamento alla pianificazione e ai risultati.
Attenzione al cliente e orientamento all'innovazione e al cambiamento.
Collaborazione e capacit di influenzare.
Team leadership.
Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica.
Esperienza di almeno 8-10 anni nella progettazione di sistemi/componenti elettrici in societ d'ingegneria navale, impiantistica industriale, oil &amp, gas, o energia.
Viene offerto inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato.
Package retributivo e inquadramento verranno discussi in sede di colloquio e saranno commisurati all'esperienza.
