avvalerti delle tue eccezionali competenze nell'assistenza clienti per offrire un'esperienza del marchio di prima qualità ai nostri clienti
coordinare, istruire e motivare i dipendenti della tua area e garantire un'eccellente atmosfera di lavoro
sostenere la gestione dell'attività quotidiana della tua area per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita (incl. servizi digitali, merchandising visivo, area di vendita, campagne promozionali)
individuare e risolvere i problemi assieme alla direzione del punto vendita
agire da ambasciatori del marchio per le iniziative NIKE
assicurarti che il negozio rispetti tutti gli standard e le linee guida NIKE
In particolare, la struttura dei nostri punti vendita prevede tre ruoli da Lead, come indicato di seguito:

COMMERCIALE

sostenere un team in grado di fornire una ricezione efficiente del prodotto e un'accuratezza dell'inventario in linea con gli standard di presentazione visiva
garantire la fluidità dei processi di inventario assicurando il costante rifornimento dell'area di vendita, oltre alla sua presentabilità, e raggiungendo gli standard del marchio
lavorare assieme ai Lead di reparto che supervisioneranno le componenti individuali (ricezione dei prodotti e presentazione visiva), avendo la responsabilità dell'esecuzione dell'aspetto visivo del merchandising
avere responsabilità in materia di tempestività delle iniziative di lancio mensili e fornire feedback regolari
usare gli strumenti di reporting assieme ai Coach di reparto per prendere le migliori decisioni commerciali
guidare tramite l'esempio al raggiungimento di un inventario accurato per soddisfare gli ordini digitali.
ESPERIENZA DEGLI ATLETI*

accertarsi che il team sia in grado di assicurare agli atleti* un'esperienza della massima qualità (Purpose)
collaborazione con i Coach per la pianificazione del coinvolgimento del team nelle attività NIKE Community Ambassador
in collaborazione con la direzione del punto vendita, coinvolgimento nei processi di assunzione, incluso l'onboarding
collaborazione con i Coach dei punti vendita per implementare la programmazione del punto vendita, incluse disponibilità, distribuzione e spedizione
collaborazione con il team del punto vendita per promuovere e mantenere una cultura NIKE positiva
Consumer Experience

dare l'esempio, offrire assistenza all'interno dell'area di vendita, dare forma al percorso del cliente
fornire risorse al team perché abbia le conoscenze necessarie riguardo a qualsiasi aspetto dell'assistenza clienti, incluse le opportunità dell'assistenza digitale
completare una formazione specifica e condividerne il completamento con i servizi di supporto individuale con atleti
uso di dati e strumenti analitici per fornire informazioni e creazione di partnership per ottenere un miglioramento continuo assieme alla direzione del punto vendita
