With a first resort inaugurated on the west shores of Ibiza in 2018 and an upcoming resort in the north-east of Sardinia, 7Pines Hotels & Resorts offer a winning combination of laid-back luxury and stylish atmosphere in glamourous locations.
The name 7Pines originates from the birthplace of the brand: Ibiza. When the Ancient Greeks first discovered the islands of Ibiza and Formentera, they baptized them Pityuses, literally "pine covered islands". Ever since, Ibiza has been referred to as the "Pine Island". So when our first resort was in its development stage, in a location surrounded by pine trees, the name of 7Pines naturally arose to pay tribute to the laid-back lifestyle and enjoyment of life so deeply rooted in Ibiza.
The 7Pines Resort Sardinia is looking for a Club ManagerMain tasks:Supervise and manage the daily operations of the assigned outlet;Train and develop staff;Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high quality service;Schedule and organise staff to maintain a smooth workflow;Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed;Control the outlet's cash receipts;Maintain and ensure compliance with all company standards;Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the outlet;Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase revenue;Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;Handle customer complaints and resolve problems in a timely manner;Monitor and ensure smooth operation of service areas and customer satisfaction;Communicate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met;Ensure that cash and non-cash handling is done properly;Organise appointments and meetings for the staff, changes the menu and other issues related to their work;Be responsible for the company's performance and sales and ensure the achievement of company profits and targets;Conduct monthly supply inventories and maintain an optimal stock level to meet customer demand. Avoid excesses and identify waste to achieve optimal profit without compromising company performance.RequirementsRequirements:
At least 2 years' experience in the role;Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
