**Project Manager**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Based in our headquarter office in Carpi, we are looking for a **Project Manager**.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
You will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders or project team members.
As a resource of the Central Planning team, you will work cross functional on business projects, capacity planning activities and continuous improvement processes.
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify/collect project initiatives within the organization and assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Provide operational support when needed (e.g.
data collection and analysis, process design,);
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress; manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
- Facilitate value stream mapping, business process re-design and continuous improvement to simplify and perfect targeted areas;
- Support the Senior Manager of Central Planning area on the building of high level forecast: work very close with Sales and Operations team and translate the markets needs into operational plans (e.g.
build the seasonal demand forecast, work with Supply Chain to set the right capacity).
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS and ATTITUDES**
- Proven 2+ years of Project Management and related experience;
- Master's degree in Engineering, Economics or similar;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred;
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing;
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively;
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful;
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline;
Deep knowledge of MS Office Package and MS Project.
