Terna, national transmission grid (NTG) operator, is actively engaged in the process of ecological transition and—as director of the electricity system and enabler of the energy transition —has the task of developing a grid capable of managing the ever-increasing integration of renewables and enabling the progressive decarbonisation of the system while constantly balancing energy produced and consumed.
Do you want to play a key role in the energy transition and help create the energy system of the future?
Terna is looking for a graduate to join its Asset Management - Guidelines and Policies - Maintenance and Renewal Criteria structure at its Rome office as part of the Italian National Transmission Grid.
The successful Policy Specialist will be responsible for:
developing risk-based and predictive maintenance models;
overseeing and developing engineering models for the maintenance of NTG assets;
developing engineering models for the maintenance of assets featuring new technology;
ensuring coordination with the technology structures to analyse technological evolutions in National Transmission Grid components, with a view to the evolution and development of the engineering models;
supporting the Asset Management structures responsible for data interpretation to finalise the refinement and evolution of the O&M policies.
Main requirements
Specialist degree in Engineering
5 years of prior experience in the field of engineering, with particular reference to the development of risk-based and/or predictive maintenance models
Knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerBI tools
