Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toElectrification Global Head of Talent and LearningYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role you will be responsible for driving thought leadership, designing and delivering common Leadership and Soft skills solutions to support Business Performance and the EL Cultural evolution.
Ensure full alignment with the ABB Core Competencies and Global PD Team.
The work model for the role is: #hybrid #remote.
You will be mainly accountable for:Understanding current and future Business priorities, aiming to design and implement common Leadership and soft skills learning solutions and flagship programs increasing the Leadership capabilities in EL.Developing solutions to respond to the common needs identified from the outputs of the Talent management practice (ie, PRS and Talent Assessment).Integrating Leadership and soft skills solutions in the functional learning paths and Early Career Programs.Overseeing E2E's current Leadership and Soft skills offer (Languages Program, ADKAR, Culture Wizard, Effective Feedback, and Difficult Conversations), developing opportunities to create a leaner process and communication.Constantly reviewing the portfolio of Solutions in line with Business needs and promoting effective communication with all stakeholders.Developing an external network of partners to support EL in the design and delivery of the Leadership and soft skills learning solutions.Leading the Review of EL On Boarding Program and ensuring all solutions are inclusive and aligned with the ABB DI strategy.Qualifications for the rolePrevious consolidated experience as a Learning architect, designing Leadership Programs in global and complex organizations.
Previous experience in Talent is desired.Experience with implementation of learning initiatives in a global environment and working across multiple geographies and within virtual teams.Excellent stakeholder management, self-driven, open and curious.
Has an inclusive approach.Commercially and digitally minded, Microsoft 365 proficient.Understanding of key industry trends and best practices in leadership development.Master's Degree highly preferred, bachelor's Degree is required.Fluency in English, excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.More about us #J-18808-Ljbffr
