Serve as an Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) to conduct maritime campaign and operational level assessments for U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Africa in coordination with U.S. Marine Forces Europe and Africa. As part of a collaborative Navy-Marine Corps integrated assessment team, conduct collaborative, evidence-based campaign assessments. Prepare after-action and warfighting reports and briefings derived from assessing major U.S. exercises. Conduct research using scholarly studies, published policies, strategies, and theater campaigns.
Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience conducting operations, activities, and investment assessments in a theater-level, joint, functional, or service component command
3+ years of experience participating in various planning efforts as both a member of an operational planning team and as a lead of an operational assessments working group for steady state, crisis, or contingency operations
Knowledge of naval doctrine, including Maritime Operations Center processes
Ability to coordinate and communicate with officers across staff functions
Ability to convey complex operational assessments in a clear and effective manner for senior and executive level leadership
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in Operations Research Systems Analysis
Additional Qualifications: 3+ years of experience supporting U.S. European Command operations
3+ years of experience supporting U.S. Africa Command operations
Knowledge of joint planning doctrine and concepts
Ability to deliver professional high-quality writing and editing
Master's degree in Operations Research Systems Analysis or similar field
Completion of Joint Professional Military Education Phase 1 and 2
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
