Funzione principaleSi tratta di una funzione di vendita del servizio interno con attenzione principale sul supporto pre-vendita nella pianificazione delle specifiche del prodotto.Responsabilità e capacità (80%)• Creare piani e documentazioni delle specifiche del prodotto in base alle richieste fornite dal cliente o dal team di vendita.• Fornire supporto tecnico interno ed esterno ai clienti per chiarire problemi relativi alle specifiche e supportare il corretto completamento del progetto.• Sviluppare soluzioni progettuali secondo il quadro standard, garantendo qualità, efficienza e tempistica adeguata del progetto in coordinamento con i Sales Engineer.• Creare e garantire un'adeguata documentazione di progetto e gestione delle informazioni nei sistemi interni ed esterni pertinenti.• Supervisionare tutti gli ordini dei clienti per quanto riguarda l'adattamento tecnico alla definizione del progetto, come identificato in fase di elaborazione dei progetti, al fine di evitare problemi post vendita.• Eseguire il suggerimento, lo sviluppo e la manutenzione di strumenti adeguati per migliorare il supporto e la documentazione pre-vendita.• Coordinare e controllare le risorse dell'ufficio di progettazione esternamente, tenere traccia del loro lavoro ed essere il primo punto di contatto per il controllo delle fatture.• Collaborare al monitoraggio e alla creazione di report sui rapporti di conversione dei progetti.Qualifica ed esperienza• Diploma universitario pertinente o conoscenze ed esperienze pratiche e professionali equivalenti• 3-5 anni di esperienza nel settore• Ottima competenza per lavorare con strumenti CAD e altri software di progettazione pertinentiConoscenza e abilità• Comprensione e know-how competenti in processi, tecnologie, prodotti o altri settori di competenza pertinenti• Utilizzo efficace di principi e tecniche di pianificazione, analitici o concettuali riconosciuti• Comprensione dell'impatto della legislazione e delle normative rilevanti per l'azienda o la funzioneAltri requisiti specifici• Capacità di comunicazione e abilità interpersonali consolidate• Capacità di lavorare sotto stressResponsabilità generali (20%)• Essere efficaci in termini di costi in tutti i contratti e gli acquisti intrapresi nel reparto.• Cercare in modo proattivo di eliminare i costi dal reparto/azienda attraverso l'efficienza e l'automazione.• Essere conformi alle politiche, ai processi e alle procedure di Panasonic.• Prendere parte a tutti i requisiti aziendali es.ISM, CSR, anticorruzione e legge sulla concorrenza• Attività di benchmarking• Amministrazione generale• Intraprendere qualsiasi progetto che rientra nella serie di competenze della posizione• Partecipazione alla formazione richiesta• Intraprendere viaggi di lavoro• Considerare sempre la sicurezza al primo posto e agire in modo sicuro• Garantire che le violazioni di H&S siano segnalate Informazioni aggiuntive:Tipo di impiego: Tempo pieno
