Finalità della posizione

Il Supervisore Meccanico ha il compito di monitorare le attività di montaggio dell'impianto fornito dall'azienda. Il montaggio sarà eseguito da personale del Committente o del suo Appaltatore o, in caso di EPC, del Subappaltatore selezionato dall'azienda. NB: Non dirige il lavoro delle risorse del cliente, non è dunque autorizzato a dare direttive. Si limita a monitorare la costruzione impianto e segnalare eventuali errori/criticità al direttore lavori del cliente che coordina poi le risorse.

Responsabilità principali e contenuti

Guida il montaggio di attrezzature, skid, unità di imballaggio, celle, tubazioni (metalliche e plastiche) seguendo la documentazione ingegneristica fornita dall'azienda sulla base di un modello 3D e assicura la corretta interpretazione dei disegni e delle procedure fornite dall'azienda, interagendo con il personale addetto al montaggio. Il Supervisore coordina gli specialisti del Fornitore e verifica che l'installazione e il funzionamento delle unità fornite siano conformi ai requisiti contrattuali. Controlla lo stato di avanzamento lavori e stabilisce con il cliente il programma per il completamento delle attività, segnalando giornalmente alla sede centrale di Milano eventuali problemi di cantiere ed individuando eventuali azioni correttive insieme al direttore lavori e al tecnico personale.

In caso di contratti EPC, il supervisore dovrebbe essere in grado di assumersi le responsabilità di gestione del sito coordinando il team del subappaltatore. In Italia, al Supervisore può essere richiesto di fornire supporto per le attività ispettive, la revisione dei manuali e della documentazione tecnica.

Competenze, qualifiche e capacità

Background Meccanico o Chimico;

3-5 anni di esperienza come Supervisore Meccanico in società ingegneristiche operanti in un settore chimico-industriale;

Conoscenza dei seguenti tools: MS Office, Design softwares (i.e. Autocad, Naviswork);

Capacità di preparare report periodici per l'ufficio di Milano;

Attenzione verso I temi e le procedure OSH;

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritto e parlato;

Disponibilità a trasferte medio-lunghe fuori dall'Europa presso I cantieri;

Capacità di interagire con risorse di altre culture e flessibilità;

Buone abilità di collaborazione con I colleghi, client e fornitori;

Capacità di problem solving;

Capacità di gestire situazione di stress.
