ACA is a summer pre-college enrichment program for high school and middle school students.
Staff members must be dedicated, responsible and flexible individuals who enjoy working hard in a high-energy environment.
Staff members receive invaluable training and experience in leadership and mentoring.

ACA Staff Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a safe, warm, supportive and fun environment for all students
- Advising and mentoring students
- Developing, facilitating and participating in activities
- Living with and supervising students in residence halls / hotels
- Accompanying students around campuses, cities and on weekend trips
ACA Staff Eligibility:
- Staff who are interested in international programs **MUST** be fluent in the local language and English.
- Applicants must be college graduates and at least 21 years old by June 29, 2025.
- Applicants must have past experience working with high school students.
- Compensation includes room, board, transportation and a competitive stipend based on program and experience.
** Pay $350 per week (3 to 4 weeks)
