Per Azienda operante nel settore Metalmeccanico stiamo cercando una figura di Bid Manager.
Lo scopo della figura è di preparare un'offerta conforme e competitiva in risposta a una gara pubblica o qualsiasi altra richiesta di offerta.
Pianificare e coordinare tutti i compiti relativi al team di gestione delle offerte.
Assegnare e gestire tutte le risorse relative al team di base delle offerte;Assicurare il giusto coordinamento con tutti i membri al fine di preparare un'offerta competitiva in linea con le esigenze del cliente;Garantire che il mandato sia ottenuto dalla corretta Delega di Autorità nell'azienda secondo l'opportunità, e in linea con la strategia di vendita;Garantire che i Deliverables delle offerte siano presentati in tempo e con la qualità richiesta dalle specifiche di gara;Consegnare gli ordini vinti al Project Management, seguendo la procedura appropriata;Gestire i rapporti con clienti, partner, subappaltatori, fornitori, istituzioni finanziarie, altre agenzie e istituzioni;Sviluppo di rapporti Lessons Learned in caso di offerte perse;Creazione di un team solido per la fase di offerta;Interagire con altri reparti aziendali, in particolare con il BID&System Technical Manager, Ufficio legale, Supply Chain, Finance e PM.Requisiti: Laurea in ingegneria, economia o almeno 5-8 anni di esperienza come bid manager o project manager;Inglese fluente; francese o spagnolo sono un plus;Eccellenti capacità organizzative;Atteggiamento proattivo;Risolutore di problemi;Eccellenti capacità relazionali;Approccio altamente organizzato e metodico per sostenere le attività;
