What we offer: Dematic, based in Cernusco s/N, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to be hired with a permanent contract for its site in Trecate (NO).
He/she will be working as part of a team to manage, control, and repair our automated solutions.
The candidate will mainly work at our customer's automated warehouse, in conformity with predefined working schemes.
Tasks and Qualifications: The candidate is going to: Complete the scheduled, not scheduled, and retrofit maintenance and services over Dematic products and machines.
Work out improvement solutions to make up for the obsolescence of control systems.
Problem solver for all operations on the different plants.
Install, test, and start up new automated warehouse jointly with Dematic Team.
Interact continuously with customers and colleagues on the work site.
Write up periodical reports about the service activities.
Be ready to operate in production to protect customer business.
Report directly to the Maintenance Team leader.
A candidate with the following features: Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or similar studies.
3-5 years of experience as Technician in maintenance of highly automated production plants.
Previous experience in leading a small team preferred.
Curious towards the sector of logistic supply chain and industrial automation.
Passion for electrical, mechanical, and software engineering.
Good knowledge of Italian.
