Position We are currently seeking an Intern for the Human Resources Department at CAREL HQs in Brugine (Padova).

The candidate will work in the Group HR Controlling team , supported by a company tutor, and will be involved in activities such as:

Group HR Dashboards and KPIs HR Information Systems evolution project Group HR controlling and reporting (planning and controlling activities) Sustainability reporting Participation in HR special projects Requirements 4-6 months internship availability Fluent English Team working skills Analytical problem-solving skills Good proficiency in Excel Other information Join us
