Administrative Financial Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Financial Manager to join our team in [Country]. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, finance, and administration, as well as excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires:

  • Managing local accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
  • Preparing and reviewing statutory financial statements and reports in line with group standards.
  • Identifying and addressing cash flow issues, recommending improvements and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborating with the HQ Tax team and local advisors to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Economics or a related field.
  • Excellent English language skills and good proficiency in another foreign language.
  • Experience with IFRS and SAP is highly valued.
