Il tuo ruolo?
?Riportando al Maintenance Manager, la risorsa si occuperà di supervisionare le attività manutentive del proprio reparto, supportare gli interventi, collaborare alla realizzazione di nuovi progetti.?
Attività principali:?
•Definire, organizzare e gestire l'attuazione di programmi di revisione periodica, interventi ordinari, straordinari e soft, ottimizzando i relativi costi al fine di raggiungere i risultati produttivi prefissati, sia in termini qualitativi che quantitativi, rispettando le scadenze prefissate.
•Coordinare e organizzare le attività di manutenzione per garantire la funzionalità degli impianti e il massimo livello di affidabilità ed efficienza delle linee di produzione.
•Programmazione degli interventi: Elaborazione di un piano a breve termine dando indicazioni sulla disponibilità di risorse (personale, ricambi, ditte esterne) e consigliando di posticipare o accelerare determinati interventi.
•Esecuzione degli interventi: valuta le richieste di intervento su chiamata e assegna priorità.
•Sicurezza: garantisce la corretta applicazione delle norme di sicurezza e un comportamento sicuro durante l'esecuzione degli interventi di manutenzione.
•Gestione dei rapporti con le società esterne.
•Continuous improvement: individua le aree di miglioramento sia a livello del sistema di manutenzione nel suo complesso che a livello di attrezzature/macchinari.?
Hai queste caratteristiche?
·Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica o equivalente ·Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di Capo Turno/Capo reparto/Ingegnere di Manutenzione in contesti aziendali strutturati ·Preferibile esperienzanpregressa nella gestione del personale ·Possibilità di lavorare su turni ·Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese .
Completano il profilo il forte orientamento a lavorare per obiettivi, buone doti di flessibilità, adattabilità al contesto e gestione dello stress, ottime capacità relazionali e abilità gestionali.
